eInstruction Higher Education Student Refund Policy

IMPORTANT:
If you are using a new McGraw-Hill textbook in your class, please purchase your new textbook before you enroll this pad. There will be important discount information inside.

If you receive an enrollment/coupon code after registering or fail to use your enrollment/coupon code when registering your response pad online, eInstuction will not refund you the amount you paid to register the pad. Please save the enrollment/coupon code for use in a future term.

eInstruction Student Refund Policy:
eInstruction will only provide a refund of enrollment fees for the following situations:

1. You officially drop the class with your institution within 30 days of paying eInstruction for enrollment. eInstruction may require proof that the class was officially dropped through your institution, or

2. You submitted payment for the same fee more than once.
    Restrictions:
    A. eInstruction will only process refunds for online enrollment paid by credit card or check.
    B. eInstruction must receive all refund requests within 30 days of payment.
    C. eInstruction is not responsible for refunding any overdraft charges due to duplicate payments
If you are eligible for a refund, please email payment support through the web form at http://www.einstruction.com/paymentsupport and provide the following information:
  • Student name
  • Name on credit card/account used
  • VeriSign transaction ID or last 4 digits on card/account
  • Approximate date of payment
  • Reason you are requesting a refund
Please note that all refunds are handled via email.
