What's a confirmation number?

During response pad activation you have the choice to opt out instead of saving your name and email address in the eInstruction database. When you choose not to save your name and email address, the Successful Activation screen provides you with a confirmation number. You must keep a record of the confirmation number as eInstruction will not be able to provide support for your account without the number.
